Joseph is the Managing Director of Prime Insurance Company Limited. He is ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and executive leadership of the Company. He joined Prime Insurance in 2013 after holding numerous management roles and working in almost all the technical units of a Non-Life Insurance Company.
He was previously, Manager in charge of the Broker Relations Unit at Star Assurance Company Limited. He started his career in the Insurance industry from Enterprise Insurance Company Limited in 2000, having had a stint in the classroom at Accra Academy Senior Secondary as a Mathematics and General Science tutor
Academically, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour from the Swiss Business School-SBS Zurich, Switzerland which he obtained from the Nobel International Business School, a Masters degree in Finance from the Central University Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast with a Diploma in Education that he obtained concurrently with his degree. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance Collage. Joseph had his secondary education at Aggrey Memorial Zion Secondary School
 

Perpetua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Coast, a diploma in insurance from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII), and is a Chartered Insurer with an Associate from Chartered Insurance Institute, (ACII) UK. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG). Starting her professional career with Star Assurance Company in 1998, Perpetua obtained broad exposure to all facets of the insurance business including technical positions in Underwriting, Retail, and Broker Relations. After serving as Head of Technical at Equity Assurance from 2009 to 2010, Perpertua joined Prime Insurance in 2010. She has extensive management level experience in Marketing, Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance

George is an alumni of the West African Insurance Institute in The Gambia, and a graduate of University of Ghana Business School with BSc (Insurance). He has had extensive training, both locally and internationally and have also served on various insurance industry technical committees. 
George has also held executive managerial roles in various companies including the then Metropolitan Insurance, GLICO General, as well as Acting Managing Director at priority Insurance and until recently the Chief Operations Officer at Bedrock Insurance.  He comes on board with a wealth of experience in Technical Operations and Claims Management spanning over 25 years in insurance practice. Innovative underwriting and efficient claims management processing are part of the package that George brings to the table.  
 

Hardi Salifu is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. He also holds an Executive MBA in Finance and a degree in BSC Administration (Insurance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School.
Hardi started his insurance career as a national service personnel in 2007 with Star Assurance Company Limited in the Broker Relations Unit. Upon attaining full employment with the Company in 2008, he was posted to Head the Koforidua Branch where he was responsible for the Eastern Region operations of the Company thus handling several agencies, corporate and individual accounts.
In 2011, he joined Allianz Insurance Company Limited as The Head of Underwriting and after three(3) years of service moved to join Prime Insurance Company Limited in 2014 as the Head of Work Groups where he also doubled as the Deputy to the Head Of Technical Operations. He currently holds the position of Manager of Work Groups.
Mr Salifu obtained a broad exposure in all facets of the insurance business including technical positions in Underwriting, Direct Clients Management, Agency Coordination and Broker relations. In 2008, he was awarded by the Insurance Institute of Ghana (IIG) for obtaining a distinction in Insurance Law in the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK exams. He has attended several insurance seminars both locally and internationally

Isaac Adjei-Kumi is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Accounting Option) from the Central University. Isaac rose through the ranks to become the Head of Accounts in 2017. He has over a 16 years experience in the finance and accounts field.Before joining Prime Insurance Company Limited, Isaac had worked with Morrison & Associates where he started as an Audit Officer.
